How to Get Help

There are several ways to get help and make the most informed decisons. For example, you can:

* Talk to your pediatrician

* Consult more than one physician

* Consult a physician and a psychiatrist or psychologist

* Speak to parents with children who have been diagnosed with the mental illness. Ask about what treatment methods they use and how they have affected their child.
